Shane from Yale Rep here. Our Audience Services team is currently looking to sell concessions through Tessitura and Quicksale.
Is anyone currently using Tessitura in this capacity? If so, what end of the night reporting are you running for your business office and auditing purposes? Is there a report that will list all transactions, including voids and returns?
Even if you're not using Tessitura for concessions, what process are you currently using to accomplish the same goal? Cash register reports? Point of sale systems?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
