Are any of you running donor acknowledgements directly from Tessitura for donors that includes the following information: performance information of the returned ticket and returned ticket value. I can run the donated tickets report and export as an excel but it does not include the donor's contact information so I can use this to merge into a donor acknowledgement letter. And, since we do not add the value of a returned ticket to the donor's contribution record, I cannot use the contribution acknowledgement letter report. Please advise on how to automate this process for ticket return tax letters for the donor. Thanks! Laura

I am wondering the same thing and I see you posted this over 3 years ago. Were you able to figure a work around this issue?
The Donated Seat report does not provide constituent addresses, and like you, we want to mail merge into an acknowledgement letter.
