List Manager: PT Reason for Unprinted Tickets

Hello,

 

I am trying to create a list of all tickets reserved with a particular PT Reason.  When I select "Ticket History PT Reason" as the criteria, it only shows me tickets that have been printed.  Is there a way to pull this same list to show all tickets (printed and unprinted?)  The unprinted tickets would be showing up only as an order, not in the Ticket History.

    I've done something similar in T-Stats. Pull in the PT reason and subline status then save to a list. Would that work?
