Hello,

What is the best way to find out how many patrons made an order through the web for a specific performance, within a given time frame?

Thanks,

George

I would use Single Sale Order Listing and view as Excel to find the exact perf code and time of the order.

I’m not that comfortable pulling lists, so I have started in T-Stats and exported that list into Tessitura for my output.

  • Via Tstats:  in the ticketing cube, choose the categories:  the performance, the performance date and time if needed, the MOS, the ticket order date, and the ticket order hour of day – it doesn’t break it down to the minute, just to the hour.  In series, use Num Orders in Measures.

    Hope this helps!
