Yearly info request

For people who share a subscription but who aren't the subscriber of record (who isn't in Tessitura as the sub), how do you ensure that they get a brochure every year?  The sharer won't have any ticketing or sub information in their account since they aren't the primary contact. Can the CSI Information Request be used for more than a one-time request?  Can it be done using relationships? Any hints would be most appreciated!

  • At STC we use relationships to achieve this.

For each year we create a Primary Subscriber<=> Co-Subscriber association and affiliation.  The relationships are added to constituent records by our customer services representatives as they process our subscriptions (or Season Ticket packages as we call them).  Online we ask customers to provide details of their companions which come through as CSIs.  Our customer service reps then also apply the relevant relationships to these constituent records.

Overnight we run a stored procedure that applies a Season Ticket Holder constituency to both package buyers and their relevant associates/affiliates.  So when it comes to pulling lists we can simply use the constituency.

For the purposes of segmentation we also use attributes to flag our subscribers as New, Returning, Lapsed, 2nd Year, 3-10 Years, 11+ Years.  This allows us to pull lists based on their tenure in order to communicate to each group in the most appropriate way.
