For people who share a subscription but who aren't the subscriber of record (who isn't in Tessitura as the sub), how do you ensure that they get a brochure every year? The sharer won't have any ticketing or sub information in their account since they aren't the primary contact. Can the CSI Information Request be used for more than a one-time request? Can it be done using relationships? Any hints would be most appreciated!
We have an unnamed subscriber association that we can use to pull lists. We don't currently have automated CSIs for these folks but there is a shared utility on TASK for bulk adding CSIs that perhaps would be useful to you if you could create a list for the utility to use. It's in the shared reports #324.
