Just wanted to share a small victory with the group in case it is helpful to anyone. I am the person on staff who gets the emails (or must send the emails) several times a week to Artist Managers looking for paid ticket counts. We recently set up 5 separate logins and user groups so that I could set up a dashboard for each (in case there are multiple events being tracked at one time) looking at the paid ticket count for the event the Artist Manager is tracking. I then sent them the web address to login to access the dashboard and told them from now on they could use it to retrieve their own counts and they actually do!
