Australian Ballet were doing it quite a while ago as well, not sure if they still are due to the ramifications of storing credit card details etc. though maybe they have it so you only scan part of the form? Talk to Richard Laslett as well maybe?

Hello all,
I'm investigating how we could potentially redesign our subscription forms to be be automatically scanned in and fed into Tessitura.
Has anyone implemented anything similar to this?
Our current forms already have subscriber information from their Rollover order over-printed onto the forms, so the logical next step is to bring this back into Tess when they come back in the mail!
