I'm investigating how we could potentially redesign our subscription forms to be be automatically scanned in and fed into Tessitura.
Has anyone implemented anything similar to this?
Our current forms already have subscriber information from their Rollover order over-printed onto the forms, so the logical next step is to bring this back into Tess when they come back in the mail!

I'm not sure how directly feeding the scanned file into Tessi would work, but certain document management programs will allow you to scan a form with a barcode and it will automatically add that scanned file to the specific digital folder you want it to go to.
We haven't implemented, and are nowhere near being able to do it, but I've been collecting information on document management programs that we're hoping to implement in the next few years.
