Ticket Buyer Information

Good Morning Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has specific language on their website in regards to ticket buyer data. Specifically, do you:

• Make patrons aware that their data may be used to contact them?  If so, where do you display that information?
• Do you let them opt in/out of having their information used?

We often get requests from our rental clients for their ticket buyer data and want to make sure we are in compliance with any laws/regulations governing that data.
