Hi All,
I'm interested in hearing if anyone has had issues with refunding memberships using an uncontrolled batch. Currently, if we refund a membership using an uncontrolled batch the record will retain that membership and gain a pending membership for the following year. Deactivate on Adjustment is selected in our membership org, and refunds work fine for us in controlled batches.
Has anyone else out there encountered this? Do you know of any work arounds for this?
