I am hoping someone can help.
We have a problem whereby tickets are not being picked up for printing via the Batch Ticket Printing. For no performance what-so-ever. It's a mystery to us as no settings have been changed; MOS looks fine, ticket design has not knowingly been touched; performance set up looks okay etc etc. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could of happened. We can print off individual tickets without any problems.
Admittedly we are all ticketing novices here as our lovely ticketing manager left back in February. Therefore it could be that we are missing something so very simple. I've exhausted all my research on the Network. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, I meant to add that we are still on version 11.
Solution found. Help no longer need. It was something so embarrassingly obvious (the order date field in Batch Ticket Printing).
