We have an Exchange mode of sale that currently requires printing. Is there a way to remove the printing requirement? (We have a user group that does not have printer/printing rights, but needs to be able to process exchanges.)? Thanks!

You can change that from the MOS set up screen (go to Campaigns, then References, then choose the Mode of Sale tab) and uncheck the Must be Ticketed box.
