We are in the process of transitioning to RAMP and are currently testing ticketing functionality before the switch.
If anyone that has gone through the transition to RAMP has any sort of testing guidelines/scripts they'd be willing to share that would be great. We have an old template from the move to v12 but we're not sure it's going to cover everything we need to test. Thanks, All!
