Hello fellow Tessitura/TNEW users,
I am curious if any organizations have had success with selling orders online that require multiple payment methods. Specifically, the patron would pay 50% of the total ticket cost on their credit card, and then the other 50% could be charged to an Invoice payment method. Has anyone experienced any luck with selling to multiple payment methods online, and would be willing to share their ideas?

Hey Brendan,
Yes! We have done this as a TNEW customization to facilitate a payment plan online. The customer pays the set amount at the time of booking and this puts the unpaid amount onto a separate payment method (so the order looks paid, as we do issue the tickets). We than have a stored procedure that shortly after moves this amount to an invoice payment method.
