We are printing ticket books for the first time and are using an outside fulfillment service:
1. Does anyone recommend any EXCELLENT vendors for subscription fulfillment?
2. Any recommendations about getting subscription data out of Tessitura and to outside vendors for ticket books? (I want to make sure that exchanges, and add-on tickets all show up in the file.)
Hi Joseph:I just replied via email with a recommendation of a vendor; I'm not sure we're supposed to 'name names' on the site here.
As to getting information out of Tessitura, we simply print to a spool, with all the appropriate information put into a data file, including performance information and constituent information. All of it is pretty standard.
The tricky part is collating the fixed seat packages with the advance exchange packages, which is handled by our vendor. I know they do this with a few Tessitura organization. You can view my email for more information about the vendor.
