Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has purchased chip and pin replacements for their box office. We would love these replacements to have a pin pad attached allow for nfc and handle chip and mag card reading duties. These will connect to our PC that will then feed Tessitura. We are really looking for a good but reasonably priced option.
I am welcoming suggestions.
Thanks,

Hi Dave,
If you need to buy a device today for use with 12.0-12.5, your EMV choice is the Ingenico iPP320 (or iPP350 with a color screen) which today acts as a keyboard wedge, but has EMV hardware and can be converted when Tessitura support for TriPos (the Element device interface software)( is ready.
Otherwise, you can contact Element and ask for their catalog of devices that work with TriPos. Tessitura will support TriPos and we won't care what devices you use as long as you work with Element and be sure to get something that works with TriPos. There's an ever expanding range of devices from more inexpensive ones up to the Verifone MX915 so there will be a chance to suddenly be very up-to-date.

Rob,
I have one Ingenico iPP350 with a USB connection, but so far unable to find any guidance on installing a driver or how to make it work like a keyboard wedge. Are there any hints you can give me or point me to a page that might help me walk through the process?
Thanks
Henry
