Good morning,
I have added Add, Edit, View, and Delete rights in the Security app to my Box Office Managers user group for the security object Tkt Setup Sales Layout. But when logged in as this user group, I'm unable to Save a new Sales Layout. The Save button is greyed out.
My Sys Admin user group has the same rights in Security to this object, and can save a new layout. What am I missing?

This is a known defect in version 12.1, resolved in 12.5. The release note:
The save button in Sales Layout setup was not active even when all rights were granted to the Tkt Setup Sales Layout security object
The defect list is updated monthly and posted here.
Any user group marked as an admin receives all permissions, regardless of what's in Security.
