Hi Everyone, 

Step right up folks, come and show the magical things that Tessitura is doing for you!  We are on the look out for people to present their marvellous ideas on how they are using Tessitura in unique and exciting ways!  It doesn't stop with ticket sales, it could be things that are saving you precious time or providing a better customer experience.  Perhaps it is that amazing service interceptor that has transformed your working practices?!

Previous examples have been:

 

  • Reporting on attendance of workshops using fixed packages, clever stored procedures and awesome custom reports.
  • Recording lost and found items using cool CSI's and custom utilities.
  • Adapting the special requests screen to manage requirements for Audio Described performances.
  • Selling non-ticketed items.
  • Using plans to manage outbound calling.
  • Using brilliant barcodes to speed up order processing.

 

The session will be in a quickfire P2P format, so it's perfect for people who might not want to spend too long in front of the audience, as it is equally suited to people who want to make a big statement about their work in a short time period!
