Query for All Orders

Hi, Sheela -

Me again. Some of this is straightforward, but some of it is pretty complex. You mention whether the order was “completed or cancelled”, but what about a situation where some seats within an order were confirmed and others cancelled? Additionally, different organisations process tax in different ways… If you need seat rows and numbers, you’re drilling down into T_SUBLINE_ITEM which will return a lot of information that needs sorting and processing.

Ultimately, I think you might be looking at a custom report. Shouldn’t be too difficult for those clever people on the helpdesk!

I need to provide a list of all orders, which shows: order number matched to account ID, order date, email address, seat (row and seat #), total order price, ticket price & tax price, event date, event ID #, event name, number of seats, if the order was completed or cancelled?

I've been able to find bits and pieces of this in canned reports and my sql knowledge is not great. This seems really daunting. Any help would be much appreciated.
