Hello Everyone,
I am hoping my issue can easily be fixed and is not a bug in the system.
If I add a cc number to a record that is part of the household, but not on the household record, I cannot access that credit card when processing a payment in order entry.
For example, I add a cc number to my personal record not my household. When I go to process an order, which is always done on the household account, then I cannot see that credit card in the list of available cards to choose from.
My question, can this be fixed in some sort of system table?
Please, please say yes!!!
