Roles, Credits and Artists

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there is anyone out there (possibly even a symphony) who uses roles/credits/artists successfully and who has reporting to utilise the information being entered?

    Hi, Claire –

    We use Roles, Credits, Artists and segments at Grange Park Opera. We don't have specific reporting for it, but the information lives on the product information screen, which is very useful for the box office staff. Additionally; the information pulls through to certain key screens on TNMP, and we have also created a triggered email which populates this information when sending a performance reminder email to the constituent two days in advance of the performance.

    We do not currently have one, though we have gotten about 80% of the way through creating and entering the information in order to begin reporting on it.  That said, we also do not have the report created yet either, so I would also be looking for any information that anyone could share regarding this.

    I do not know how you have everything set up, but we do 6 fixed package and a number of special events presenter series each season, so we have MANY more new artists every season that repeat performers.

    When we get finished with our current plans, I would be more than happy to share what we have, though fair warning, it could easily be another 6 months or longer before that happens as there are many much more urgent matters pressing us right now (I am sure you all know how that goes).
