We don't often use allocation codes where I work, but I've got a situation where I'd like to use them. When going into the facility manager and map painter for that facility, I found that when clicking on the tab for Allocation codes the entire map is black. We do have codes built into that facility. Has anyone ever run into this before?
It should also be noted that this facility is a mixed facility, with both GA and Reserved seating. I want to use the allocation codes in the reserved section.
If you've ever experienced this, or have any thoughts on what might be causing it, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I can't help you out much except to say that we also experience this at seemingly random intervals and we cannot reproduce it in order to troubleshoot it.
Not very helpful but at least you know you're not alone!
