I feel like we've all been there.... We just completed our final rollover set and have our data ready to be printed on the renewals when we hear from the top that we need to change a few of our prices. :(
We don't want to do the rollover again if we don't have to, especially since we have all the data saved and ready to go!
Has this happened to anyone? What do you do when you need to go back and change the prices?
We're in V12 now and we changed the price and it 'worked' but the price does not actually change in the order unless you open it and resave it. There's gotta be a way to update this price en-masse without undoing all the work we've already done, right?
Updating prices is just going to change them for future orders.
If you have a super duper IT code guy who could change them all from the back end, that may work, but I would just do the rollovers over again. It is more auditable and there are fewer chances of catastrophic error.
Just my 2 cents.
