We are having some difficulty getting data from Ticketmaster in a format somewhat analogous to an Order export, that can be massaged into something we can import into Tess.
Can anyone suggest the name of the specific Ticketmaster report, or term that we should be requesting from them?

Melbourne Theatre Company have worked with Ticketmaster to develop a report that does import into actual seated paid orders. They might be able to help you explore this in more detail.
We can share what we do, but as Arts Centre Melbourne imports Ticketmaster data only into Ticket History at this point in time, it may not be the solution you're looking for.

Thanks for the info, a dedicated report might be overkill for the Ballet at the moment, but very good to know about MTC.
When you import into Ticket History, do you get a standard Ticketmaster report that contains the columns needed for that, or is that a custom report that TM has set up for ACM?

Patrick Drew got TM order imports working at STC while he was there, I think, so he's/they're a possible source of the report info as well. (Maybe try Sarah Coffey now)
