Phasing Out Subscriptions

We went to al all chooser, 2 years ago.  We require a minimum purchase of any 4 concerts over two venues, and give a straight 10% discount.  Sales have gone up every year since…..don’t know what will happen this year.

We are toying with the idea of phasing out our sub packages for the upcoming season. Is anyone else considering/doing the same? If so, why are you doing so (economic situation, patron interest, buying habits)?

Input from PAC's would be especially helpful.
