TNEW Super Package Error

We have recently launch a subscription season on TNEW in the form of a super package consisting of two sub packages.

We are experiencing an issue when seats are not available in price zone selected for one of the two sub packages. Rather than an error message being displayed to indicate that the selection is not available, the customer is able continue through to payment with only one of the two sub packages seated.

The order that is created contains unseated SLI's despite the MOS being used having a setting of 'must be seated'

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Any thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  • Hi Kevin.

Thanks for the reply. We do have the SellPackagesSeated set to True in LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS which is what is so perplexing about this problem!

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

    Thanks and regards,

    Mardi.

    Hi Mardi,

I haven't encountered this issue before but if you intend to sell pkgs seated, is it right to assume you have set SellPackagesSeated to True in LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS?

    Cheers,

    Kevin
