Per our customer service department:
In the middle of batch ticket printing, the network crashed, and the job continued on - by printing blank tickets. Is there any way to reprint tickets from that batch that need to be reprinted for whatever reason (printer gets off track or runs out of toner), or do we need to start that same batch all over (which would include tickets that printed just fine)?
Thanks, Tessiturians.
BONUS NON-BLANK TRIVIA: Wild rice isn't rice at all, but derives from a grass grown in water.
If they have the Header for the first order that came out with blank tickets, then you could check to see if the tickets are showing as printed for that order in Ticket History. If they aren't showing as printed then you should be fine to use the same Setup as when you Preview, all the customers whose tickets printed out fine should not appear in the preview list.
If they are showing as printed, then you will probably have to do some work to establish which tickets have been printed correctly and which ones have printed with blank tickets, and either remove them manually from a reprint of the batch, or create a list that gives you the people who had their orders printed with blank tickets and just attach them to the Set up so you can jsut reprint those and then the rest should be fine to print from scratch.
I am not sure if that make sense written down, but this is what we did when we had the same problem last week. If it doesn't then let me know and I will try and explain further!
