Rollover not appearing in T-Stats

Hello World,

We have completed a rather complex set of 24 Super Package rollovers - yay!  Each Super Package contains a mix of seated and unseated packages. Unfortunately, none of the data is appearing in T-Stats.

We have processed a few new unpaid subscriptions and these appear, but the ones processed through the rollover do not appear. Any advice on something that we might have missed?

  • Hey Nicole,

Thanks for the info - very much appreciated! As we are now manually seating all of the unseated line items in our rolled over Super Packages, I was hoping to use T-Stats as a double check that we seated everyone. I'll have a play around with the Tessitura Standard Reports this morning to see if any of them show this information.

    Thanks again. :)

    Beau.

We had someone in house asking just the same thing last week. Rollovers are not considered “sales” by T-Stats so they will not show up until something else happens to them like payment.

Here is the documentation I found on it:

“If a particular performance or package is missing from the Tickets or Packages cube, belonging to a season that has been loaded, please confirm the package or performance has been sold or reserved in at least one order. The Tickets and Packages cubes reflect sold and reserved items only. Performances which do not yet have sales will appear in the Seats cube. Modes of sale, price types, and other order-specific details will only appear once they have been used in an order. If you have created new performances, packages, modes of sale, price types etc, please confirm that sales have occurred using the new item in question, and that T-Stats has refreshed successfully since the item in question was created. In particular, with packages, the default setting on the T-Stats load does not include unfulfilled rollovers in T-Stats. Therefore unfulfilled rollovers are not considered "sales" by T-Stats using the default setting. If the only orders containing a particular package are unfulfilled rollovers (ie, rollover orders to which no payments have been made), these packages will not appear in T-Stats until either a new, non-rollover order is created containing these packages, or when a payment (partial or full) is made against at least one rollover order containing the packages in question.”

    Have a good one!

    Nicole
