Perf Group ID

I'm building flex packages for our website with TNEW.  I'd like to change the sort order of performance groups on the individual pkg page.  The documentation says this is determined by the group id. How do I find/change the id #? Do I need to build them in Live in the order that they need to show up online?  I'm in Test and unable to delete pkg/groups because I have test orders associated with them. It would be great if I could click and drag them into the appropriate order.

Along the same line, how do I determine package listing order on the main subscription/packages page?

    I submitted help tickets and learned the following:

     

    Perf groups show up online in the order that you build them in Tessitura

    Package are listed based on the date of the first show in the package

     

    Neither can be changed

    No, not that I've found.  I've usually had to create multiple perf groups of the same event so that the numbering doesn't look funky online.

    Is there a way to create an alias so the numbers don’t show up on the website?

    Try renaming them with a number at the front of the name in the order you want them to show up.  This has worked well for me.

    1. Perf Group Name

    2. Perf Group Name
