Donate for Resale

Hello All!

Does anyone know where the money goes if you Donate for Resale? And, can Donate for Resale be reversed if accidently done?

One more thing, do we no longer have Footprints? I tried to open the web page and it was gone. Please let me know if it has changed.

Thanks in advance,

Bobbie

    Hi Bobbie,

This article will probably answer all your questions about donated seats.

Footprints was replace by TASK online which you can access via the software support part of this website. If you do not have a login you may need to contact Robert Bell or someone in support via email.

Ryan, thank you for offering Bobbie advice about donated seats.

FootPrints and TASK are the same system. Bobbie, the URL for TASK/FootPrints changed almost 2 months ago.  The new URL is https://tessitura.nfpondemand.com.  Your login was not changed, only the URL.  If you have any problems accessing the site or submitting help tickets, please contact me directly at bbell@tessituranetwork.com.

My bad, I was thinking about AIM or whatever it was called.
    Thanks Bob!

Thank you for your quick response, this information was very helpful. It did not happen to mention anything about being able to reverse a donated ticket if it was done on accident though. Do you know if it is possible to reverse a donated seat?

    You guys are wonderful!

  • I'm pretty sure if you just go into the help menu from within Tessitura and type "reverse" the instructions will come up. You can only undo it if the seat hasn't been resold yet (or held either, I think).

Thank you Amanda, I was typing in Donate for Resale and coming up empty.
