We have recently noticed we are able to create duplicate performance codes. Looking at the Online Help, is says they must be unique within a season. The two events in question are in the same season but different productions, are there any settings that could have changed to allow this?
Also, has anyone found a way to not allow duplicate perf codes not matter what season they are in? Makes List Manager criteria a bit of a headache!

There is a defect resolved in v12 regarding being able to enter duplicate performance codes. While you are on v11 feel free to put in a support ticket to TASK and we can help you get a script to find all the performances in this condition so you can clean them up.

We've just come across the same issue - we regularly use the same perf_code (predominantly for our NYE parties) but in different seasons (and production seasons). The online help portal for 12.5 indicates that "The performance code must be unique within a season and is used to identify or select the performance for orders, reports, and lists."
Are you saying that the perf_code must now be unique within the database (a possible point of contention to those of use in consortia) and that the Tessitura Help system is incorrect?
