Ticket Status SFL vs. UNS

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the ticket statuses SFL and UNS?

I am working on a rollover and am seeing SFL with 4 of 5 seats in a subpackge, while the 5th is UNS.

I have found a couple of documents on the site detailing the statuses (they don't match) but nothing explaining the difference.

Appreciate any insights!

  • Jan; I’m sorry I haven’t replied until now. My initial hunch on this was that SFL meant that the procedure had attempted to seat the tickets but had been unable to do so (lack of availability within a specified price zone or special requests criteria unable to be met, for example), and the UNS was simply that – that procedure for seating that ticket had not yet been called.

However, I had a crack at recreating the problem and was unable to do so. A brief chat with the helpdesk didn’t shed much light on it either, so there advice – and mine – would be to open a ticket if it’s still causing you grief. Would you mind letting me know the outcome if that’s what you choose to do? You’ve got my curiosity piqued!

    Good luck,

    Thanks Chris!

I wonder if you know the functional difference between the two?  The distinction between and Unseated and Seating Failed from a database perspective?
