We have completed a super package rollover and things aren't quite going the way we hoped they would.
The rollover contains two seated line items and one unseated line item. When we go to seat the unseated line item, we get a message saying "Error retrieving prices for one or more seats. Order can not be saved."
Then sometimes when you try to click out of the seat map, you get another error saying "There are a different number of seats selected for one or more performances ............. please choose the same number of seats." At other times loading the same order and trying again, I can leave the seat map and then when I click done I get an error "The order can not be saved due to a previous error".
Has anyone experienced such weirdness before? We have raised a TASK ticket, but wanted to see if anyone else has had something similar?

Hi Beau,
We've encountered a similar problem (possibly the same one!) while attempting to seat one of our roll-overs for next season. I don't have an answer, but it seems to affect only a specific user. It's possible that it has to do with specific security/group settings, I'll reply again if we figure anything out. I'm also going to follow your post in case anyone else is able to shed some light on the problem.

Hi Alan,
Good to know we weren't the only ones! We have since started again and rebuilt our perf group, package and rollover sets and found that functionality is now working as expected with the newly built bits and pieces.
