Does anyone know where dashboards pulls it's ticketing info from? I'm getting an approximate $2k difference in the dashboard than I am in T-Stats and the Ticket Sales by Period report for our current show. The T-Stats and Sales by Period report numbers are exactly the same. The $ amount in the dashboard is higher and Production Season is the series that I am using.

Most of the widgets' data comes from T-Stats. Here is a detailed description of where each widget gets its data. In regard to your specific example, T-Stats is actually not expected to match the Ticket Sales by Period report, and consequently, we also do not expect the ticketing widgets to line up with that report. This article goes into greater detail why that is. If you're using one of the At-a-Glance widgets, you may want to review this, which details more about how the At-a-Glance widgets work and why they may not line up with other widgets.
