Has anyone successfully set this up? How long does it usually take for the email to arrive? I've triple checked everything and it's set up properly, as far as I can tell.

The time interval is based on the scheduling of the SQL Agent job. If I’m not mistaken the default for RAMP installations is every 10 minutes, but you could request that it be scheduled to run more frequently.
