For all the PAC users out there, what reports do you use for settling with touring productions?
We have been using Box Office Statement and Payments by Performance along with an Excel speadsheet but very often I have tour managers ask what ticketing software we are using. After hearing that we use Tessitura, they say they were just at a venue that had Tessitura and they were given this wonderful package of reports to settle with. Of course they are never willing to share them with us.
Are you using stock reports? Customizations? Any examples you can share would be greatly appreciated.

We deal with touring companies all the time. We use all custom reports. I'd be happy to have someone send you when we use if you are interested.

Just bumping this post to see if others have something to share.
We are also using a custom report. That said it was built several years ago and desperately needs an update. But if you're looking for another example I'm happy to show you what we have for now.
