how do YOU report package sales?

I’m looking at re-doing how we report on package sales, but will have a lot of convincing to do to get others out of the ‘that’s how we’ve always done it’ mindset.  Can I get a quick hands-up of how many people are using the Package Sales report?  The Performance Sales Summary by PT Category?  T-Stats?

I’m leaning towards the Package Sales report because we’re all super-package, and do a fair bit of flex as well.  Plus, the Perf Sales Summary by PT Cat won’t count actual packages, but seats sold at a sub price type (which opens up way too many issues in terms of advisers selling individual tickets at sub price, what if one show out of a package was refunded, etc).

Any and all comments would be useful and appreciated!

Cheers,

Kathleen

  • Unfortunately because we have seated super packages, CYO packages and Flex Packages (voucher type sub) we are tied to custom reports with a little bit of T-Stats as back up at Yale Rep.
