Artist and Instructor Contracts

We have set up a custom screen to hold artist contract information and a control group so that only the three or four people who need to see contract information can see those documents. To guard against user error, I have a scheduled report that runs to catch any documents in accounts with Artist constituency (triggered by one of a set of attributes defining singers) that aren’t control-grouped properly.
