Artist and Instructor Contracts

We are considering the same thing.  

I imagined a user group for the artistic manager with rights to add documents, but am not sure if we can assign rights to specific document type names, i.e. contracts or if the documents attachment rights would make contracts available to all who can add/view research/documents.

Maybe it's a custom page addition to capture all of it.

Did you get any feedback off line?
