Using Plans in Ticketing?

Hello All,

Is anyone using the New super groovy Plans function in the Ticketing Department? I have heard of a few organizations that were planning to use it for group sales, is anyone using it for anything else? I would love to hear any and all uses for ticketing.

  • Hi Janna. We use them for lead tracking and portfolio management. Our Patron Services department (box office) has portfolios of season ticket holders managed by our full time staff who are, in theory, our season ticket holders’ primary point of contact at the organization for all things ticketing related. We use the plans to track contact with our season ticket holders through the renewal process and use them as leads when it’s time to do some outbound calling to get them all set for the coming season.

     

    Our department also includes some part time staff who make outbound calls to single ticket buyers to offer them season tickets. We use plans for them as leads as well.
