Marking tixs as attended after a performance has passed

Hi All,

There is probably a pretty simple answer to my question: how does one mark a ticket as "attended" in Season Manager/Seat Map, after the show has passed?  Here's the stumbling block:

1. Each of our tickets has a distinct order number, account number and Tess generated number. Since we do not scan tickets into Tess (nor do we have NSCAN) we have to manually enter in the Tess generated number to mark each ticket as "attended".  I have three tickets that were accidentally torn wrong at the performance, and so we only have the account number and patron name.

Any thoughts on how I can mark these seats as attended with just the account number and patron name?  Thank you for any and all help! :)

If you have the order # and customer #, I believe you can rediscover the ticket number by opening the order and looking under the order History tab.

By the way, recording attendance without ticket scanning sounds like a truly Sisyphean task. I hope the data is worth all the (no doubt considerable) time it takes to record it!

Thank you too Chris!  That was it! :)  BTW, I agree with you on the manual recording - keeping my fingers crossed for a scanning system soon.
