Managing Accessible Seats with TNMP

I posted this inquiry in the TNMP Group last week and didn't get so much as a nibble, so I thought I'd check in the Ticketing forum to see if this gets any traction.

I'm curious how other organizations are managing their Accessible Seats in TNMP.  We have a customization in place for our TNEW site that requires the patrons to verify that they require the functionality of the seats and let us know what, if any assistance will be needed on the night of the performance.

This customization then generates a CSI in their account that our FOH staff use to prep the hall for the evening.

In order to be compliant with the ADA we make sure we have a number of accessible seats available for Web/Mobile sales, but with out TNEW customization not firing for the Mobile solution we may have a resource management issue on our hands.  Especially seeing how more and more web traffic is coming in the form of mobile devices as opposed to laptops and workstations.
