Just completed my rollover for next season and something is really strange. The rollover itself went fine with no errors at all. However, subscribers with multiple series have seperate renewal orders for each series. In the past, the rollover created one order per susbcriber with all series in the same order, which obviously is what we prefer. Has anyone ever seen this before and have any idea what's causing it? I'll obviously have to cancel everything and do the rollover again (which is fine) but I need to know why this is happening and how I can make sure the rollover creates one renewal order per subscriber.
Thanks for your email. I reran our rollover on a series level rather than facility level and everything was fine.

Michael,
If you haven't already I would shoot a note over to support via TASK and they can take a look at your setup and orders and assist with troubleshooting.
Best,
Anna

Our rollovers are done on the facility level, not the series level. Our series are in three facilities, including one reserved and one GA facility here at New World Center and the Adrienne Arsht Center's Knight Concert Hall. Each year since we installed Tessitura in 2005 our rollovers have been done this way without issue, Should I do the rollovers on a series level instead? Will that fix this? The way the rollovers I ran last night created separate orders for each series, rather than each facility, makes me think this might be the key, strange as that seems to me. I'm certain the "Add to Orders Created After" setting is just as it has been for previous rollovers. That was the first thing I thought of last night.

So was the very first series that you rolled over set to a different date to the rest of the series? That is the trick - all series after the first one need a date prior to the first one or they will create new orders. If that's not it...I have no idea!

Thanks. I checked that and it was set exactly the same as last year's rollover relative to that rollover date. I must be missing something.

Sounds like the "add to orders created after" date is incorrect. The first thing you roll should be today's date, then everything else needs to be set to a date prior to that!
