Hey all. We are getting prepared for our subscription rollover and we have four theaters. We only used two theaters and we may be adding the fourth theater. Needless to say, the third theater will have the subscribers seats from last season not this season because we didn't use it this year. Has anyone else had this issue? We're not sure how to print the renewal forms with appropriate language for this theater that has now reappeared. Our renewal forms list the seats in each house. So do we say something like "Two seasons ago you had Section B, Row..." ?
Any suggestions would be helpful
