Package Performance in Red

Hi there,

I'm sure I'm missing the answer to this in documentation somewhere...

Can anyone tell me what it means if, when selecting performances for a Flex Package in the performance selection pop-up pane in a ticket order, the performances are listed in red?

  • Hi Frannie:
    It general means the performance is off sale; most likely 'off sale' in either the drop down or the check box; both show on the performance setup.

    I suppose it also could be expired modes of sale, but probably the above.

    Unfortunately I don't think that's it--my MOS expiry dates are all post-perf date, the on sale box is ticked on each of these performances, and the performance status drop down is set to On Sale...

    Furthermore, these performances are listed in normal black type when I try to select them for a single ticket purchase from the Product Catalog.  It is only in the Flex Package Selection that they are red. Leads me to believe this is with my packages set-up... but what??

    Any other ideas??

  • A complicated update - 

    I had initially posted this because our web developers were not able to retrieve prices for a package with these performances using the package price type web call. I thought the red type may have had something to do with it.

    I ended up opening a ticket on TASK, and although the mystery red font remains, the developers were able to retrieve prices once we applied a hotfix--so--if you happen to stumble across this post - the price retrieval issue *should be* unrelated to any red type, and can be fixed!
