We did that part - thank you.
I'm interested in talking about change requests that happen through the website, and how there isn't really option for the patron to select the new series/section they want other than entering notes that appear in a CSI, as well as about the patrons being charged for the series/section they no longer want since I do not see a way for them to actually enter that data anywhere other than the notes field.
We allow our patrons to renew via TNEW. You would need to rollover your packages into your web subscription mode of sale for that to work.
