This is our first year using SuperPackages - we are encountereing issues when trying to reprint tickets in a superpackage order. We cannot reprint tickets in these orders. What are we missing? Security object? Package set-up? MOS set-up? Thanks!
Hi Melanie,
There is nothing special you have to do to reprint super package tickets, so I suggest you open a help ticket so the support staff can troubleshoot what’s happening with you.
