I've been trying to figure out how to print a large quantity of subscriptions from the order search screen rather than batch print so that the auxiliary packages and performances that are in the order with the package will print with them.
I did go in from the orders screen as the documentation said, but still the print button is greyed out when I highlight an order or orders. I DO have permission for the mode of sale, I DO have an order open.
Any ideas?

The only way I can make the system gray out the print button on the order search (when I have printing security rights) is to remove my Default Ticket Printer from my Tools > Preferences. If that doesn't solve it then I suggest opening up a help ticket and we can have a look with you.
