Hi all,
I am having a heck of a time Cancelling Seats due to an issue which occurred in a rollover. My Rollover was not set up properly and I wound up with a number of packages set up with a price type that was not available on the corresponding events.
So I have tried to cancel those seats, but the Package Orders have $0.00 balances and are therefore not found by the Seat Cancellation.
I've tried adding the offending price type to the affected dates, evidently this will not work in this order to make the orders appear unpaid to the Seat Cancellation report.
Anything you can think of would be greatly appreciated!

When the ticket amount is 0 then the system considers them paid and therefore will not pick them up in the seat cancellation. Try using the Performance Seat Release in the Ticketing Processing folder. Note that this will no kidding release the seats and refund all payments to on account so make sure to try it in Test before running in live.

Thanks for the Suggestion! That is exactly the kind of thing I need. Although the orders needing to be ticketed made me a little nervous...
